Matthew D. Bavaro, Esquire

Matthew Bavaro has represented over 3,000 clients in and out of courts in cases involving personal injury, civil rights, consitutional law, freedom of speech, civil litigation, and first-party insurance litigation. Matthew graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1999 with magna cum laude honors.

In addition to handling litigation matters, Matthew also has represented clients in various appellate courts. In 2007, Matthew had the distinction that less than 1% of attorneys can claim: he was privileged enough to argue before the Supreme Court of Florida. He has represented clients in appellate matters in most Florida appellate courts.

Matthew has been quoted by national media outlets, including CNN, Fox News, LA Times, New York Times, and many regional and local media outlets as well. He has also appeared as a guest on many national and local talk shows.
